This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Romanian version, the Romanian version prevails.
1. The parties
Pixmora is developed and licensed by [Company name — to be published], VAT ID [VAT ID — to be published], Trade Register no. [Registration no. — to be published], registered office [Address — to be published], Romania ("we"). By downloading, installing or using Pixmora you accept these terms.
2. The license
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pixmora for the duration of your paid plan, on at most the number of computers your plan includes: Start 1, Pro 2, Studio 3. The modules available depend on your plan, as shown on the pricing page. Pixmora is licensed, not sold.
3. Free trial
Each computer can use Pixmora free for 7 days: on the first day with the Pro plan's modules (AI Culling, AI Editing and Retouching), then until the end with the Start plan's module (AI Culling). The trial is granted once per computer and needs no payment details.
4. Plans, payment and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance. Prices are shown in euros on the pricing page [with or without VAT — to be published].
- For now, payment is by bank transfer against an invoice. Your license key is emailed once the payment is confirmed.
- Each paid month extends the license. If a month is not paid, the license expires at the end of the paid period.
- You can cancel anytime with no minimum term. The current, already paid month stays active until its end and is not refunded pro rata.
- If you are a consumer, you have the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law (in Romania, Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014). By activating the license key you expressly agree that the supply of digital content starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal from that moment.
5. Activation and online checks
The license is activated on each computer with the key you receive and is bound to that computer. The app checks the license online periodically and can work up to 30 days without an internet connection. You can move the license to another computer by first deactivating it in the app (Pixmora → License) or by writing to us. The data used for activation is described in the privacy policy.
6. What you may not do
- share, sell or publish your license key, or use it on more computers than your plan allows;
- bypass, disable or modify the licensing system;
- decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
- rent out the app or offer it to others as a service.
Breaking these rules may lead to the license being revoked without a refund.
7. Your photos
All rights to your photos, catalogs and edits remain yours. Pixmora processes them only locally, on your computer, and we have no access to them. You are responsible for backing up your photos; we recommend always keeping a copy of your original files.
8. Updates and support
While your plan is active you get access to new versions of Pixmora. Support is provided by email, in English or Romanian, according to your plan.
9. Warranty and liability
We work hard to make Pixmora reliable, but AI results (selection, editing, retouching, album) are suggestions you should review before delivery. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. These limits do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before significant changes. If you disagree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to settle any disagreement amicably; write to us at office@pixmora.eu. Consumers can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) or the consumer authority in their own country.
