PixmoraPrivacy policy

In short: your photos never reach us. Pixmora processes them only on your computer. We only process the data needed to issue and check your license and to answer your messages.
1. Who we are

We do not process your photos, Lightroom catalogs, editing settings or any other files on your computer. The app never sends their contents anywhere.
3. Cookies
The site uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party scripts. It only stores your language choice (nx_lang) if you pick one. The admin panel uses a sign-in cookie for our team only.
4. How long we keep data
- license data: for the life of the license and at most 12 months after it ends;
- trial data: at most 24 months, so a trial isn't granted twice on the same computer;
- orders and invoices: as long as accounting law requires;
- contact messages: at most 24 months;
- web server logs: at most 30 days.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent data. We only use providers that help us operate: the hosting provider of the server running the site and license service ([hosting provider, country]) and our email provider. When we add online card payments, the payment processor will receive the data needed for the transaction; we never store card details.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. Write to us anytime at office@pixmora.eu; we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority in your country.
7. Security
All communication with our server is encrypted (HTTPS). Licenses are cryptographically signed, and data is stored on a protected server that only our team can access.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above and, for significant changes, notify license holders by email.
